This notice explains how Flowstate Ventures Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use the Saige demo at saige.flowstateventures.co.uk. Saige is a prototype AI voice assistant that shows how supporter care enquiries could be handled. It is a demonstration only and is not connected to any organisation’s systems or records.

What we collect

• Your voice and what you say during a call, as audio and a written transcript.
• Basic technical information needed to run the call, such as your browser and device type.
• If you choose Allow analytics, information about which pages you visit and which buttons you click, collected by Google Analytics using cookies.

Please use the sample supporter details shown on the demo page. Do not share real personal or payment information during a call.

How and why we use it

We use call audio and transcripts so the demo can hear you and respond, and to check and improve how the demo works. Our basis for this is our legitimate interest in running and improving the demo. We use analytics only if you agree, and that choice is your consent.

Who we share it with

Calls are handled by Retell AI, the voice platform we use, together with the speech and AI providers it works with to run the call. They process your audio and transcript on our behalf. If you allow analytics, Google processes the analytics data. Call audio and transcripts are not sent to Google Analytics. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and your choice

The demo page asks before it sets any analytics cookies. If you choose No thanks, no analytics cookies are set and the demo works in exactly the same way. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Recordings and transcripts of demo calls are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics account.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of the providers above may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Email us at info@flowstateventures.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
